Our Story
In 2008, a little feral tabby cat walked into a corner store in Brooklyn, NY ran by Tori and Jenny. The little tabby decided the corner store would be its new home and stayed. Though not cat people to begin with, Jenny and Tori fed and cared for the tabby and many other feral feline residents of Brooklyn and Queens since. A labor of love for many years, Last Stop Cat Rescue officially became a non-profit in 2020.
Last Stop cares for many community cat colonies around Brooklyn and Queens. Some of our work includes TNR to stop overpopulation, treat and immunize sickness and diseases, socialize and adopt out cats for a better life.
Join the journey! Check out our adoptable cats, sign up to be a foster, or donate to our organization so that we can continue to help cats around NYC.
